Whole Home Renovations - NE Stanton St.

This home on NE Stanton is a great example of what is possible when deferred maintenance has occurred. Delayed upkeep and postponed repairs don't need to be the end of a home. In fact, this is a great opportunity to create something new in the space where it hadn't existed before.

This was a three bedroom single bathroom home that Complete Construction transformed into a four bedroom, three bath house.

Here's how that happened:

Completely redesigned and made the basement livable. This went from a dark and dreary storage place into a cozy, well-lit community area. This included installing a new bathroom and shower in the basement, making it a self-contained refuge.

Installed an egress so that basement rooms were brought up to safety code.

Made a bedroom into a Master bedroom by taking an existing closet and converting it into a Bathroom.

Pulled off vinyl siding and sanded down existing siding before giving the home new paint.

The real gem of this project was reimagining the existing garage. When this renovation started, the garage was a traditional single car space that was an accumulation of household tools and old hobbies. This became transformed into a modern carport that includes a new fence, covered building and whole new look for that space.

New cabinets, tile, flooring and appliances all around, including a new kitchen, new bathrooms and the shared living and dining rooms.

Accumulated maintenance and backlogged repairs don't need to be the end of home. Let Complete Construction take your project and create something new. Give Rick a call at 503-810-7425 to start the transformation of your home, no matter how deferred the maintenance may be.
