Whole Home Renovations - 30th
This is another whole-home renovation on NE 30th in the wonderful Irvington neighborhood. This home got major upgrades that were more than just an updated kitchen and new flooring. Here are some before pictures of what the home looked like before the renovation. There was only one bathroom in the middle of the home on the ground floor with only a small shower. The room that became the Master Suite upstairs was dark and felt "hidden" upstairs.
During the renovation a Prescriptive Path Dormer was added to the home. This created a whole new element of space to the upstairs. This not only added a new Bathroom upstairs, complete with shower, vanity and toilet, but it gives a wonderful view from the newly designed Master Suite upstairs. Here are some "During" the process of creating this Prescriptive Path Dormer. For technical details about Prescriptive Path Design, visit this City of Portland URL.
As you can see, the results were worth it for this wonderful new bathroom.
Here are other "after" images for this NE 30th Whole Home renovation. Best of all is the new kitchen, the shared Living Room downstairs and a whole home facelift on the outside of the home. Get many ideas from all the Whole Home Renovations on the Complete Construction site.
